Our rich history tells the tale of dedicated individuals who have carried the torch forward, ensuring the legacy of Polchinski Memorials endures. Founded by Joseph Polchinski in 1883, the company saw the leadership of his sons, Edward and Arthur. Michael Ciaramella, Sr., assumed the mantle of management after the passing of the Polchinski brothers, with his son, Michael K. Ciaramella, joining the team in 1973. After an impressive 50-year tenure, Michael K. retired, entrusting the business to fellow memorialist, Jason Titus.
Jason brings a lifetime of creative design and diversified business experience to Polchinski Memorials. His family has been engrained in the monument industry for five generations, dating back to A.D. Titus and Co., established in 1897 in Western New York. Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in sculpture and design, Jason’s vision is to continue the tradition of excellence, guiding Polchinski Memorials in helping families to honor “A Life Well Lived.”

Visit our state-of-the-art design studio with the only indoor showroom in Westchester County, NY, which you can tour virtually below. Centrally located just off the Taconic Parkway in Hawthorne, NY, we proudly serve families in Westchester and Putnam Counties, New York City, Long Island, and Fairfield County, CT.
Inside our facility, you can explore a wide range of options for designing your memorial headstone, monument, or private family mausoleum. Our conference room provides a comfortable space to discuss your preferences and create a meaningful tribute.
